Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 2-4 business days to have your order processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Track Orders at the bottom of each page, to find your real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Track Order page after 5 business days, please contact us at ioanasart@gmail.com immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide
Q: How long does shipping takes?
A: For domestic orders, it will normally take 7-10 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 25- 30 days.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use a secure TLS connection to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
